85 and grateful.

I have the very special opportunity to be in my Dads' ward right now. It comes with the privilege of being present when he bears his testimony, and today was one of those special times.
He has a very strong testimony of the truthfulness our the gospel and his knowledge of Christ has been a blessing in my life and the lives of our family.
He has been Gospel Doctrine teacher several times and presently, presents the Home Teaching message in the HP Quorum on the first Sunday each month. Although I cannot be present for this lesson, Don tells me it is always thorough and insightful.
Today he thanked our Heavenly Father for all of his blessings for things he has received and for things he has not. (I Think this was for all the burns he didn't have after the fire.)
I am grateful for my cute little 85 year old father.
He is President of the "Gale History Center" and a voting member of the South Jordan Town Council. It is a priviledge and blessing to be counted as a member of his earthly family.
