Dad finished mowing the Hay, Nothing broke down, The fuel tank was full to start, It was not overly hot, There were no tree limbs or old christmas trees in the field to jam the swather wheel. The mower blades were sharp and all in good working order.
He had enough to drink.
Came home and took a nice long nap, the only problem to report was while he was napping, it RAINED, POURED, THUNDER and LIGHTENING.
We thought we were going to have a very uneventful crop and now it has been extended by atleast two days.
Tomorrow he will go back into the field and turn the rows with the fluffer to help them dry.
We are blessed.
