Dons Nephew John served in Northern Iraq, training the Iraqi Troops. This is to honor him and all others who have served our nation now and earlier times. It is the soldier...not the reporter who has given us the freedom of the press. It is the soldier...not the poet, who has given us the freedom of speech. It is the soldier...not the campus organizer who has given us the freedom to demonstrate. And it is the soldier, who salutes our flag, who serves beneath our flag, and whose coffin is draped by our flag, who allows the protectors the freedom to burn our flag. Charles M. Province.
